Research and Development
The iDi-Nav® has been developed by Dr. Valia Kalaitzi, D&I expert, Managing Director of Page Ltd, within the framework of her doctoral research and drawn upon her long-standing experience in leading roles in multi-cultural organizations. The research outcome was “translated” into a digital, interactive tool with the collaboration of an inter-disciplinary team of statisticians, software developers and data protection experts. Being an applied research product, the Research & Development feature remains a key aspect for exploring new avenues in the D&I research and practice.
The iDi-Nav® tool has been validated in July 2023 by the Competence Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), Research Institute for International Management, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. The validation project was funded by the Innosuisse – Swiss Innovation Agency (Project no. 65000.1 INNO-SBM). As the next step forward, iDi-Nav® and the CCDI share their vision on D&I and cooperate in a project on how to innovate further the iDi-Nav® methodologically and, based on this, to create a novel iDi-Nav® Index and a D&I intervention toolbox. The parties have applied for Innosuisse support.
Currently, the iDi-Nav® explores with more parties the possibilities for collaboration on both research and practice across all geographies.
